Gifts cards and certificates.....
you have choices....

  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Gift Certificates issued by our company do expire
  • Gift Certificates issued for an individual have a non-expiring "credit" added to their account
  • Gift Certificates issued "in general" in the form of a gift from our company expire within 30-60-90-120 days depending on the issuance restrictions
  • Gift Certificates and purchased credits are non-transferrable and non-refundable
  • As of 2023 - We are no longer accepting Spa Finder cards
  • We accept cash

Gift Certificates (paper form) can be sold over the phone or in person. This is a "formality" as the credit will be applied directly to the receiver's account  ASAP.  These are a safe way to purchase Gifts.
These can be picked up at the office:

or mailed to you or receiver.
These are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 
​Gift cards (credit card type), sold in most chain stores; process like regular credit cards and can be swiped and used almost anywhere. They are also the most "at risk" of being used by cyber crime theft. 
Once purchased and "loaded", they may signal a cyber company the card has been activated. If you have these, please use them immediately and also check the  balance right  before you come in. It's important to know your balance because we may need to split your total or your card may be empty! 
SpaFinder ~  and ~ Spa Wellness 
(We NO longer accept SpaFinder cards

(aka- Spa Wellness cards, till the end of 2024)
These are a 3rd party companies; generally safe from fraud.
Our business will process the SpaWeek card for the full amount; there is a $10 processing fee applied at the time card is processed.
Because of their "sometimes complexity" many companies choose NOT to honor these cards.  They come in various forms: cards, certificates, email and phone text
As such, we will need you to send a copy (pic)  to our office ahead of time so we can validate them.
Some will be processed ahead of time and a credit issued to your account others will be redeemed at point of sale.
